Opera York is
committed to providing opportunities that are accessible and affordable
for all ages through our educational and outreach programs.
Opera for Seniors is a concert series presented at seniors' centres
and cultural centres in York Region and Toronto. The concert
features a live performance from the stars of Opera York singing some of
the world's best loved arias and songs. Opera for Seniors concerts
have been recently held at the Famée Furlane in Woodbridge, Markham
Seniors Centre in Markham and Villa Columbo in North Toronto. Each Opera
for Senior concert is customized for the audience in choice of
repertoire and language of presentation. Concerts are available in
English, Italian and French.
